Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 4:29 PM ET) -- Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP has added 10 former SNR Denton attorneys to its Paris office in an expansion that will boost its banking, mergers and acquisitions, competition, and intellectual property offerings in Europe, the firm announced Tuesday.
That influx of attorneys includes three new partners — Sena Agbayissah, Alain Vincent and Stefan Naumann — and seven associates who Hughes Hubbard says will enable the firm to provide clients with a complete transactional and litigation platform.
