US Files $92M In Liens In American Airlines Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 3:44 PM EST) -- The U.S.' pension protection agency has filed $92 million in liens on behalf of American Airlines Inc. parent AMR Corp.'s four pension plans, seeking to hold the company's nonbankrupt entities responsible for American employees' retirement plans, the agency said Tuesday.
