Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 4:34 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit on Tuesday upheld the dismissal of a putative class action launched by former Continental Airlines Inc. pilots who said their employer had breached the terms of their pension plans under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, finding the court lacked jurisdiction.
