Law360, New York (February 01, 2012, 8:02 PM ET) -- The state of Alabama can't intervene in an appeal made by Louisiana municipalities of the dismissal of their state-law claims in the Deepwater Horizon multidistrict litigation, but it can file a supporting amicus brief and participate in oral arguments, the Fifth Circuit said Monday.
