Argentine Exporter Gets New Honey Duty Review

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 8:34 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce will launch a new shipper review of an anti-dumping order on Argentine honey exported by Argentine partnership Apicola Danangie, which is looking to avoid the “all others” duty rate imposed by the government, Commerce announced Tuesday.
