Law360, New York (February 01, 2012, 3:03 PM ET) -- Pfizer Inc. on Tuesday announced a voluntary nationwide recall of at least several lots of Lo/Ovral-28, Norgestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol birth control pills due to a packaging error that could leave women without adequate protection from pregnancy.
Pfizer recalled the pills after discovering that some blister packs might contain an inexact count of inert or active ingredient tablets and that the tablets may be out of sequence.
