Law360, New York (February 01, 2012, 4:54 PM ET) -- Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz PC announced Wednesday that it has merged with Houston-based business litigation firm Drucker Rutledge & Smith LLP — the firm's second merger in Texas and third merger overall in the past four months.
