FCA Haul Topped $8.8B In Past 3 Years, Holder Says

Law360, New York (February 01, 2012, 8:25 PM ET) -- The federal government has collected $8.8 billion in the last three years of False Claims Act enforcement, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said Tuesday on the 25th anniversary of amendments to the act that gave the government more power to prosecute fraudsters.
