Law360, New York (February 01, 2012, 7:49 PM ET) -- Twelve law schools, including Chicago-Kent College of Law, Brooklyn Law School and Pace University School of Law, were hit with class actions Wednesday alleging they fraudulently inflated postgraduate employment and salary statistics in order to recruit students.
The attorneys leading the litigation, Jesse Strauss of Strauss Law PLLC and David Anziska of the Law Offices of David Anziska, have previously sued Michigan-based Thomas M. Cooley Law School — the largest law school in the U.S. — and New York Law School on similar grounds. Those suits...
