JDA Software Reveals SEC Accounting Investigation

Law360, New York (February 01, 2012, 2:35 PM ET) -- JDA Software Group Inc. said Tuesday that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating the supply chain management company over its revenue recognition practices and other accounting and financial reporting matters in past fiscal years.

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based JDA recently received a comment letter from the SEC's Division of Corporate Finance regarding its annual report for 2010, company President and CEO Hamish Brewer said during a conference call on JDA's fourth-quarter and year-end results.
