Prevailing Parties Can Recover Expert Fees: Calif. Court

Law360, New York (February 01, 2012, 8:53 PM ET) -- A California appeals court said Tuesday that a prevailing defendant can recover fees paid to a plaintiff's expert, rejecting an argument from an ex-worker who unsuccessfully sued Wet Seal Inc. that Wet Seal could only be reimbursed for its own experts' fees.
