Law360, New York (February 01, 2012, 7:09 PM ET) -- Apple Inc.’s ongoing global patent battle against Samsung Electronics Co. hit a snag Wednesday when a German court reportedly rejected Apple’s petition to ban sales of Samsung’s newest tablet and a smartphone.
The Munich Regional Court denied Apple’s request for a preliminary injunction barring sales of Samsung’s Galaxy 10.1N tablet and Galaxy Nexus phone, Bloomberg reported.
