Sinochem Settles Shipping Co.’s $51M Explosion Suit

Law360, New York (February 01, 2012, 5:42 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday signed off on a dismissal agreement in a Chilean shipping company's $51.3 million suit against Sinochem Tianjin Co. Ltd. for allegedly sending flammable chemicals on a ship that later exploded.
