Law360, New York (February 02, 2012, 3:32 PM ET) -- Hogan Lovells has hired a private equity lawyer from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as partner to boost its Paris office, the firm announced Wednesday.
Xavier Doumen,who was an associate at Willkie Farr, joined Hogan Lovells' private equity practice Wednesday, bumping its Paris office's six-member team to seven. Beyond private equity, Doumen also has a strong background in strategic mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.
“The primary aim of this move is to rebuild the private equity experience in Paris,” Doumen said.
