DC Development Bank Funds $300M Argentine Road Project

Law360, New York (February 1, 2012, 8:22 PM EST) -- The Washington-based Inter-American Development Bank will provide a $300 million loan to fund a large-scale road improvement project aimed at boosting the economy of northern Argentina, the bank announced Wednesday.

The work will include expansion, repairs and safety upgrades on major commerce routes in Argentina's Norte Grande region, with improvements slated for both priority corridors of the National Road Network and feeder roads in the Provincial Road Network, according to the IDB.
