Crossroads Tangles With 5 Rivals Over Data Storage IP

Law360, New York (February 2, 2012, 8:19 PM EST) -- Data security provider Crossroads Systems Inc. on Thursday sued five data storage companies, including Infortrend Corp. and Boost Systems Inc., in federal court in Texas, alleging infringement of data storage patents.

The suit, filed in Texas federal court, claims that the defendants infringed five patents, all of which are titled "Storage router and method for providing virtual local storage."
