SEC's Small Biz Group Wants Reporting Rules Loosened

Law360, New York (February 2, 2012, 3:35 PM EST) -- A committee formed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to represent the interests of small and emerging companies voted Wednesday in Washington to recommend changing threshold requirements for SEC reporting and rules governing public offerings of small companies.
