Vendor Accused Of $3M Fraud In Fake Pepsi Commissions

Law360, New York (February 02, 2012, 3:52 PM ET) -- A New Jersey vending company executive received $2.9 million in fraudulent commissions from a former Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. account manager over the course of a decadelong scheme, according to an indictment Thursday.

Joseph Belasco, the chief financial officer of Culinary Ventures Vending, was arrested by federal agents and indicted on one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, five counts of mail fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering.
