DynCorp Asks High Court To Settle Disability Pay Dispute

Law360, Washington (February 02, 2012, 6:47 PM ET) -- Disability payments should be calculated using the average wage rate in effect when an employee was injured, rather than when compensation was awarded, DynCorp International LLC and its insurer told the U.S. Supreme Court last month in seeking to overturn a workers' compensation ruling.
