Law360, New York (February 03, 2012, 2:36 PM ET) -- The former Globe Indemnity Co. on Thursday settled its part of a lawsuit filed by Nammo Talley Inc. against several insurance companies for coverage for costs related to environmental cleanup efforts at an Arizona weapons and aerospace materials manufacturing site.
No details of the settlement were included in a judge's order dismissing with prejudice the case against Globe Indemnity, now known as Arrowood Indemnity Co. The companies and their attorneys did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
