Google Silenced In Capitol Records Suit Over Used MP3s

Law360, Los Angeles (February 02, 2012, 9:01 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday rejected Google Inc.’s request to file an amicus brief opposing Capitol Records LLC’s preliminary injunction motion in its copyright infringement suit against online digital music reseller ReDigi Inc., saying the actual parties can adequately brief relevant issues.
