Law360, San Diego (February 02, 2012, 10:06 PM ET) -- The Fourth Circuit on Thursday affirmed the dismissal of class proofs of claim by former Circuit City Stores Inc. employees in the consumer electronics retailer’s Chapter 11 case, but used a different procedural approach than the lower court that leaves the door open for plaintiffs to file class proofs of claim.
