Contested Highway Fund Bill To Go For House Vote

Law360, New York (February 3, 2012, 4:01 PM EST) -- A House committee voted Friday to move forward on a bill to provide new funding for the nearly insolvent Federal Highway Trust Fund, extend its authorization past April and significantly restructure an account for mass transit funding, despite a deep partisan division in the committee.
