Sister Sledge Hammers Warner Over Download Royalties

Law360, New York (February 03, 2012, 2:06 PM ET) -- Members of soul singing group Sister Sledge lodged a proposed breach of contract class action against Warner Music Group Corp. on Thursday, claiming the label routinely shortchanges artists on royalties for digital downloads of their music.
