Law360, New York (February 03, 2012, 3:18 PM ET) -- Target Corp. deceived customers about the refresh rates of certain Sony televisions it sold, according to a putative consumer class action filed Thursday in California.
Plaintiff Junious Greene alleges that he bought a Sony 40-inch Google Ready LED television that was advertised as having a 120Hz refresh rate — when in fact the refresh rate was only half what Target claimed, according to the complaint.
