PenAir Didn't Deserve USPS Contract, DC Circ. Hears

Law360, Washington (February 03, 2012, 12:29 PM ET) -- Peninsula Airways Inc. did not have the experience required to win a U.S. Postal Service contract to deliver mail in rural areas, since the Alaskan airline's only experience came from a previous contract it was erroneously awarded, PenAir's rival air cargo companies told the D.C. Circuit on Friday.
