Raytheon's Trade Secret Claims Not Too Late, Fed. Circ. Hears

Law360, Washington (February 08, 2012, 3:00 PM ET) -- Raytheon Co. on Wednesday sought to convince the Federal Circuit that its trade secret misappropriation claims against rival defense contractor Indigo Systems Corp., which it accuses of poaching employees who took confidential information with them, are not time-barred.

In September 2009, a Texas federal court ruled Raytheon's misappropriation of trade secrets claim was barred by a three-year statute of limitations, turning aside Raytheon's argument that the misappropriation claims should be allowed because of fraudulent concealment.
