DuPont Price-Fixing Suit Not Time-Barred: Judge

Law360, New York (February 3, 2012, 8:16 PM EST) -- A Maryland federal judge on Friday junked DuPont Co.'s argument that time had run out on a class action accusing the company of conspiring with others to fix the price of a paint component, but kept alive most of DuPont's defenses.
