WTC Operator, AMR Agree To Let 9/11 Suit Move Forward

Law360, New York (February 03, 2012, 8:33 PM ET) -- World Trade Center operator Silverstein Properties Inc. reached an agreement Thursday with American Airlines Inc. parent AMR Corp. allowing Silverstein to pursue claims against the bankrupt company alleging it failed to prevent the 9/11 attacks, but only within the confines of AMR’s insurance coverage.
