Law360, New York (February 03, 2012, 9:05 PM ET) -- The Tire Network Inc. and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. agreed to settle a trademark and unfair competition suit that alleged Goodyear backed out of a proposed settlement over the use of a name and telephone number similar to TTN's, according to a settlement order released Friday.
Goodyear and TTN settled all claims and counterclaims in Maryland federal court, and each side is to bear its own costs in the action unless otherwise agreed, the order says.
