Judge Nixes Fraud For Plaintiffs In Cessna Suit

Law360, New York (July 26, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A magistrate judge has reversed his decision to allow family members of victims killed in an Idaho airplane crash to seek punitive damages against Cessna Aircraft Co., ruling that the plaintiffs failed to provide sufficient evidence required under state law to show that they would win the damages at trial.
