Fox, Others Win Toss Of 'American Idol' Idea Theft Suit

Law360, New York (February 06, 2012, 1:15 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday dismissed an Australian pitchman's latest lawsuit accusing producers of “American Idol” and other reality competition shows of stealing his ideas, saying he had failed to demonstrate that his generalized ideas were stolen.
