Law360, New York (February 06, 2012, 6:17 PM ET) -- Gym operator LA Fitness International LLC has agreed to move its headquarters into a 91,000-square-foot office space in Irvine, Calif.'s iconic Michelson building, bringing the property to 93 percent occupancy, a company spokesman said Monday.
Financial details of the transaction, which closed in late January, were not disclosed, but unassociated analysts say the 10-year lease may be worth about $27 million. The new space is 30 percent larger than the company's current headquarters, also in Irvine.
