Law360, New York (February 06, 2012, 5:26 PM ET) -- Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP has hired a pair of securities partners from rival Shearman & Sterling LLP as part of an effort to expand its capital markets practice in Europe, the firm said Monday.
Stephan Hutter and Katja Kaulamo, who will work out of Skadden's office in Frankfurt, Germany, both have a broad range of experience with international securities offerings emerging from European companies, the firm said.
