Law360, Chicago (February 06, 2012, 4:12 PM ET) -- DRS Training & Control Systems LLC on Friday settled its federal suit in California accusing a Cubic Corp. unit of falsely telling the United Arab Emirates that the two companies were partnering on a bid for a combat simulation system contract.
In a joint motion, DRS and defendant Cubic Defense Applications Inc. stipulated that the complaint be dismissed with prejudice and with each side bearing its own costs and attorneys' fees, "except as otherwise provided" in the settlement agreement they executed Jan. 30.
