Ill. Court Wipes Out Honeywell Asbestos Rulings

Law360, New York (February 06, 2012, 7:01 PM ET) -- An Illinois appeals court on Thursday instructed two lower courts to determine whether a Honeywell International Inc. consultant is a company employee for purposes of requiring his testimony in asbestos suits, vacating default judgments against Honeywell.
