9th Circ. Questions HSBC Credit Card Class Dismissal

Law360, Los Angeles (February 06, 2012, 5:40 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday grilled an attorney for HSBC Finance Corp. and Best Buy Co. Inc. on a judge’s dismissal of a consumer class action over advertising for store-branded credit cards, asking why a jury shouldn’t decide whether a reasonable consumer would’ve been misled.
