WTC Contractor's Backer Sues Over $9M In Unpaid Invoices

Law360, New York (February 07, 2012, 4:29 PM ET) -- A Canadian finance company sued the construction manager and developer of 4 World Trade Center on Monday, claiming their failure to pay a steel contractor working on the lower Manhattan skyscraper has cost it nearly $9 million in funds it advanced to the contractor.
