Greenberg Can't Escape $4M Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (February 06, 2012, 8:54 PM ET) -- A New York state judge on Friday refused to toss the legal malpractice claim in a $4 million suit alleging Greenberg Traurig LLP overcharged a former client for legal services and then improperly dropped his representation in shareholder derivative litigation, though he did a trim a contract claim from the case.
