Law360, New York (February 07, 2012, 11:16 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday jettisoned Intravisual Inc.’s suit against Fujitsu Microelectronics America Inc. after Intravisual settled its claims that Fujitsu had violated a patent covering videoconferencing technology.
U.S. District Judge Rodney Gilstrap dismissed the suit with prejudice, stating that each party would bear its own attorneys' fees and legal costs.
The parties moved to dismiss the suit last week, saying they had resolved the dispute. A representative for Intravisual confirmed Tuesday that the parties had reached a settlement, but said the terms were confidential....
