Hynix Calls DRAM Plaintiffs' Declarations "Improper"

Law360, New York (July 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Lawyers for Hynix Semiconductors Inc. on Wednesday slammed a part of the indirect purchasers' request to file a second amended class action complaint in the ongoing antitrust litigation over Dynamic Random Access Memory.

The lawyers said that a declaration the plaintiffs had filed in the case should be disregarded because it was an improper opinion about legal issues.
