Law360, New York (February 6, 2012, 9:33 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Monday reversed a $15 million judgment against U.S. Bank NA and decertified a class of 260 banking officers who claimed they were unlawfully denied overtime pay, saying a lower court's trial management plan was fatally flawed.
