Law360, New York (February 07, 2012, 12:27 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday threw out state law claims brought by T-Mobile USA Inc. against Samsung SDI Co. Ltd. and Samsung SDI America Inc. as part of the multidistrict litigation over LCD panel price-fixing.
However, U.S. District Judge Susan Illston left in place federal and state claims lodged by T-Mobile against Panasonic Corp. subsidiary Sanyo Consumer Electronics Co. Ltd., according to the order.
