Skating Rink Co. Sues Goldman, Others Over Construction

Law360, New York (February 07, 2012, 5:15 PM ET) -- An ice rink operator on Thursday sued The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and several developers, alleging they allowed unsafe construction work at three New York buildings that encroached on a temporary rink it had set up, significantly hurting its business.
