Abercrombie Fights Saleswoman's Seating Demands

Law360, New York (February 07, 2012, 4:29 PM ET) -- Abercrombie and Fitch Co. Inc. asked a California federal judge on Monday to throw out a proposed class action filed by an employee who claims she wasn't able to sit on the job, with the retailer alleging it was not obligated to provide seating.
