Law360, New York (February 07, 2012, 4:09 PM ET) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has rejected contractor STG Inc.’s protest over a $56.2 million task order awarded to a competitor for military support in Korea, ruling the U.S. Army had justified paying more than STG had bid, according to an opinion released Tuesday.
