Expedia, B&N Hit With Product Offer IP Suits By Walker Digital

Law360, New York (February 07, 2012, 3:03 PM ET) -- Walker Digital LLC on Tuesday jumped on Expedia Inc. and Barnes & Noble Inc. in separate suits alleging infringement of a patent used to provide targeted product offers to online customers, the very day the patent was issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
