UK OKs Lufthansa-Emirates Deal Over Antitrust Concerns

Law360, New York (February 7, 2012, 3:22 PM EST) -- The U.K.’s Competition Commission on Tuesday gave a provisional green light to an anticipated joint venture between in-flight catering subsidiaries of the Emirates Group and Deutsche Lufthansa AG, following concerns from the Office of Fair Trading that the newly formed company would create a drain on competition.
