Mexico Antitrust Regulator Rejects Iusacell-Televisa Deal

Law360, New York (February 7, 2012, 7:53 PM EST) -- Mexico’s antitrust regulator said Tuesday that it will not OK a proposed joint venture between cellphone operator Grupo Iusacell and media company Grupo Televisa SAB, but left the door open to future approval if the two companies address competition concerns.
