Law360, New York (February 08, 2012, 4:02 PM ET) -- Commercial and residential real estate company SJP Properties has entered the final stage of development for its Waterfront Corporate Center in Hoboken, N.J., with a 200,000-square-foot anchor lease agreement with textbook maker Pearson PLC, the companies confirmed Wednesday.
In connection with the lease, financial details of which were not disclosed, Pearson will move its 900 New Jersey employees from their offices in Upper Saddle River and Old Tappan into five floors of the the 500-square-foot Waterfront Corporate Center III.
